CNW Terms of Service
Updated: 2026-06-01
1. Platform Services
CNW provides access to an AI compute platform that presents compute products, account tools, operational records, and support services. Platform features may vary by account status, region, network availability, product eligibility, and operational review.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your password, safeguarding verification codes, and controlling access to your devices. Any activity performed through your authenticated account may be treated as your authorized activity unless CNW determines otherwise through its security review.
3. Product Participation
Product participation is subject to eligibility checks, account status, available products, and platform rules in effect at the time of use. Product information shown on the platform may be updated as CNW adjusts product availability, operational requirements, or account review standards.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use CNW to violate law, bypass platform controls, interfere with service operation, submit false information, compromise another account, abuse support channels, or attempt unauthorized access to administrative, payment, or infrastructure systems.
5. Risk Notice
AI compute capacity, network availability, product information, infrastructure operations, and platform records may involve operational, technical, market, and service availability risks. You should review product information carefully and use the platform only if you understand the relevant risks.
6. Service Changes
CNW may update product availability, account features, security requirements, support workflows, terms, or platform policies to improve reliability, comply with legal requirements, respond to security events, or reflect business changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CNW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, interruption, lost opportunity, third-party service failure, or network conditions outside CNW control.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms should be submitted through the in-platform support center. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive account credentials in any support message.
